Who of us didn't see this coming?

http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/37439607/ns/today-entertainment/

Other than Britney Spears this would have been my next choice for a lead pipe mortal lock to eventually slum off and do pron. LiLo is mere sematics and a badly written scrip away from such a fate.

Preach. She should be the high school poster child for what a couple years of hard boozin' and drug use will do to you.

And sun damage, and I'm guessing hepatitis. She was such a pretty girl, too. Smiley: frown

A human sacrifice is needed for a good corn harvest.

Lindsey Lohan must die.

I hear the name a bunch, but really am not clued in on just what Lindsay Lohan is. Sounds like she's an actor from this post, but for some reason I thought she was a musician.

I think she looks sun-baked.

She has tried and failed at both. However, she has been a successful alcoholic.

She was a decent actress as a teenager, for that type of movie ("Mean Girls", "The Parent Trap"). For a while it looked like she had a pretty bright future.

Oh, well.

On the bright side, she's made and blown (literally) more money than 95% of the population, so at least she's had a good time partying.

She originally starred in the Disney remake of the "Parent Trap," starring Dennis Quade and Natasha Something-or-other. She was precocious, fairly talented for a kid, and had tons of cute freckles. Think the Bad News Bears girl, Tatum O'Neal, only with no Walter Mattheau.

Say what you will about Lohan, I thought Mean Girls was pretty funny.

Not quite as funny as her life has turned out, but I guess she'll always have that?

I liked it, too.

I was holding out hope that she'd clean up and see the error of her ways. "Georgia Rule" wasn't too terrible, either.

Ah, Lindsey. Smiley: frown

I give her fifteen years of downward spiraling before she comes back with Mickey Rourke's face and we all celebrate her recovery and triumph and performance in some small indie film where she portrays a tired old hooker or stripper or child actor. Then she'll absorb all the hard-earned praise like the star of a bukkake film and she'll get back into mainstream Hollywood for awhile but soon after that she'll relapse, letting us all down again, and really she'll never make us happier.

It was, but I think that had way more to do with the fact that Tiny Fey wrote the screenplay than Lohan's "acting".

And yes, I only saw that movie because of my wife. I swear.

I'm still trying to figure out how the hell she's only 23.

Speaking of deep throat, I learned a method how to lose your gag reflex and do that.

Quite easy to explain actually.

Make a fist with your left hand, tuck your left thumb into your fist and squeeze that thumb tightly. Stick your right index finger down your throat (like you would do to make yourself vomit). If URDOINRITE no gag reflex and voila! Ray loves me more now.

I remember when I actually liked her in The Parent Trap.. It's too bad, I just hope Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez don't eventually crash and burn. I'm pretty sure Selena won't, she seems pretty smart.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much intelligence plays into it.

Me either. When you have one or both parents inserting themselves into the picture it's usually a bad sign.
