It is not Obama or his immediate family, he has literally ZERO control over what she does. Sure he could call immigration, but so can you.

Given that if you go back far enough we all have a common ancestor-thus, related in some way-and that ThiefX's argument seems to be that financially-secure relatives are responsible for supporting their less-successful relatives, ThiefX is actually supporting the epitome of socialism.
