Yeah? Right? Let's assume Tare has an infant snacking on her boobal fluids and go ahead with this.

I have so many errands to do, I may not even see the weekend.

Tomorrow I'm going to visit my parents with my girlfriend; it's Mother's Day Sunday but I won't be near them, so I'm going a day early. Should be nice; gonna pick up a plant for my mom, as apparently she's on a diet and doesn't want chocolate. After, the girlfriend and I are going to a mutual friend's graduation party/her brother's birthday. Should be really fun, but I think I'll be breaking my no-drinking streak.

Sunday I'll try and make church in the morning, then I get to meet my girlfriend's clan. And I mean clan. I'm meeting her parents, brother, aunt, uncle, cousin, cousin's husband, and two of her best friends. I've already been warned I'll be interrogated about religion. Should be interesting...

I've been on a trip for the last 2 weekends, so it's going to be nice to just be at home and relax. I'll probably work a bit, I'm building up a few extra hours to take as vacation as I've already taken a lot this spring, but it should be pretty slack overall.

Hopefully I get out on my bike, my goal is 50-100km.

Taking my nephew tomorrow evening since it's my sister's anniversary. Aside from that, Flea wants to do the traditional Mother's Day thing of buying flowers and getting the vegetable garden started. I already paid off Joph Jr. to weed it earlier this week. Might rain tonight and tomorrow though which will throw a wrench in those plans depending on how wet the soil is.

Sunday morning we're doing breakfast and in the evening I have to put in a few hours at my second job. Flea's idea of an ideal Mother's Day is spending it on the couch or in bed so I imagine we'll be chilling most of the day.

My traditional mothers day is brunch followed by a trip to the local nursery where I get to pick my BIG hanging flower basket that goes over the front deck.

I hope to finish planting my garden. I've no more seed stuff so been waiting for the plants to come out. They're being slow, or I'm being impatient.

Oh, my other mothers day thing is putting out my hummingbird feeder. It's sappy.

I started boiling bottles last night and am going bottle up some wine tonight, I think, before I log in for the weekly session of bombin and boozin on Warhammer - I think I shall be boozin with my own stock:)

I was a willing victim for medical science today, so Jonwin is going to the gas station and buying a bag of ice, as I've been using what we have on my swollen bottom lip. Then with bag of ice held against my face I'll watch him plan the flower and Basil he got at the May Mart today.

He also had a lemon on a stick for me.

This weekend I will rest up and take things easy, as the next 2 weekends I've be very busy. I'm volunteering my time to first the MD Fairy Festival as the Un Siehe Queen's Mom and then it's Balticon44, Memorial day weekend.

A bunch of friends are flying into town for another friend's bachelor party, and they're making it a full weekend event. Heading out to dinner and an all-night bar crawl starting in an hour, brunch/Foxwoods/partying all day Saturday, and another brunch on Sunday while we nurse our hangovers. Sunday evening we're taking my mom out for her birthday/Mother's Day and going home to give her presents and cake. The wife and I start scuba classes next week and I just signed up to go skydiving with my brother next month, so this should hopefully be the start of a fun summer.

I'm already nice and sleep-deprived after going to the midnight showing of Iron Man 2 last night, so we'll see how long I last this weekend before collapsing.

As usual I work all weekend.

The weather promises to be crappy so I'll prolly see an (larger than usual) influx of crazy, intoxicated persons.

Oh, yeah. Better call mom, too.Smiley: nod

I plan on finishing up the decorating so I can finally take some pics of the new pad. Drink Mimosas all day Sunday and just chill. I should probably call my mom and wish her a Happy mothers Day too.

Happy Mothers Day to all of you Moms out there!

As usual, I will work all week. I had today off, though. I'm hoping that in 2 weeks, I can snag a Saturday off.

Mother's Day will be an early day, so hopefully when I get home I can just relax and maybe redeem some of the coupons Noah gave me, promising he'd be a good boy. Ha.

Tonight - watching Blackhawks hockey
Saturday - Magic booster draft tournament (casual one with friends). Yeah, I'll admit it.
Sunday - my 4th tennis match of the season so far in the league I joined. (Doing Mother's Day stuff on the 16th instead of this Sunday.)

Juat got back from Watching Iron Man 2. It was good, the first one was better. The presentation was a little off on this one. I think maybe too much backstory that needs someone who knows the comic to decipher? Anyways, no spoilers but there is a thingy after the really long credits. Its probably not worth sitting through the credits for though to be honest.

Tomorrow, dirt for the raised bed gets delivered, much moving of small mountains will occur.

Sunday, Mother's day AND Mom's birthday, I'm apperently barbiquing

am sleepy already now

I went to see it today. I got about two hours in, to the bit at the Expo, right when the big fight was about to start, and then the power went out. Lousy @#%^ing weather. Smiley: mad They gave everyone a coupon for a free ticket, but I don't really want to sit through the first two hours of the movie again so soon, just to see the end.
