Bloody volcano in Iceland has closed airspace to all non-emergency flights across northern Europe.

I've no plans to fly, but millions are affected. We don't tend to fly internally much, but most folks fly abroad for vacations this time of year, and there are loads more stranded abroad.

Bit of a pisser for 'em.

This is quite a nice illustration of the impact. Normally that map is full of planes.
