Tailmon is the new Katie. Well, rather, Tailmon is the old Katie from around 2004 who used to do this same stupid shit.

So what you're trying to say is that sometime between 2004 and, oh, 2007 or 2008, Katie decided to trade in her ****** for a new model, and Tailmon picked the old sloppy one up at a second-hand store and decided to have it installed?

What's to wonder about?

Toyota is a corporation, not a person. Despite what gjabi might tell you, corporations don't have consciences. It's purpose at the moment is to do whatever needs doing, within the letter of the law (which is bound to be questioned every step of the way) to minimize loss while also trying to continue to maximize profit.

The lawyer summed it up pretty good:

Yahoo Story wrote:
"It's always a battle in these big cases between plaintiffs and corporations as to what documents they have and whether or not they produce everything they should have," said Matthew Cairns, president-elect of the 22,500-member DRI-Voice of the Defense Bar group of civil defense attorneys. "Plaintiffs always try to get more, hoping to find something. It's for the court to ultimately resolve who is right."
