Hid eggs for Hannah who then proceeded to awake at 3 am, descend two flights of stairs, memorize where they were then wait until we woke up to methodically "find" them and feign surprise. That was pretty much it. Oh wait, I also asked Nexa to marry me. Other than that, though, pretty normal weekend.

Stayed home from work Friday, have a cold/sore throat. Slept in a lot. Played some eq and finished watching Slumdog Millionaire. Great Film!

Saturday more sleeping in. Made breakfast for elne and myself. More eq. Some reading, fixed dinner, called mom, went grocery shopping.

Today I work. Historic ships are only closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving day.

When you guys get married, you should let some of us come and when you say your vows, you'd have to say "I, take thee Nexa..." etc.

Oh, and dress up like a dorf.

Women say to no to things you ask them? My anecdotal experience is that this never happens.

Spent Saturday shopping for the monthly food supply. Went out for lunch. Today? Hum. Some FFXI, cleaning up, laundry, and going over to eat at the neighbors porch party. We were invited. (Roomate built it for them also)

Damn straight, although I think it would have been harder to plan with Nexa in Maine so the timing makes sense.

I'm gonna need pictures of the ring. I'm so happy for you two. What did Hannah say?

I spent the weekend trying not to throw up (haven't yet) and trying not to fall asleep (less successful there). Hopefully in another week or so my inner terrorist will let me enjoy a meal without sniffing it like a dog first and napping for two hours afterward.

Flea, sleep when you can. Seriously. There's nothing worse than that pregnant-and-feel-drugged feeling. And I never found anything that would really perk me up. Except a nap.

Haha, it'd be great if the nap did perk me up. Usually I just want to keep sleeping. Smiley: grin

The other day Joph Jr. asked me for permission to go play at the neighbor's house when I was passed out. Imagine my panic when I woke up. I had zero memory of that conversation.

Y'know, it's too bad no one has come up with a sleep battery so you can store up all this extra sleep.
