Apparently the islands are free floating.

My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize

Fortunately there was an admiral there to assuage his fears.

We don't anticipate that.

You know, even assuming from the beginning that he meant this figuratively, shouldn't a person know how silly this would sound?

Sounds like the Navy has a plan to enact a government mandated population distribution program on Guam to keep the island safely balanced. Thanks be to God.

Fortunately she should be able to maintain balance in either case.

I apologize profusely for the stupidity of people from my state.

We're not all like that.

Just a sad, sad majority. Even people on my side of the fence down here are effing morons, as demonstrated by Mr. Johnson on the OP.

I still don't think he's managed to out-stupid Paul Broun, however. Dr. Broun has a primary challenger who is basing a lot of his campaign on "My opponent is a demonstrated moron" and he seems to have a pretty good chance at unseating him.

Forget about capsizing, too many people and it might sink straight down altogether!
