Your delicious heart.

I think it's funny that Holy Thursday falls on April Fools Day.

I have a job interview on Holy April Fools Day. As an atheist who hates practical jokes, this does not bode well.

My plans for the long weekend include sitting raptly intent by the TV waiting for news reports of new hostilities in the Holy Land.

Husband is doing panels at Frolicon as the token academic. (These panels are NOT being reported to the university for reimbursement.)

I've got 125 more pages of novel to edit, so that's where I'm headed.

Lol, I didn't even realize that was this week. Which makes sense, because I'm an atheist. But it also doesn't, because my mother works at her church and didn't say anything on the phone...

Maybe she's given up trying to force Jesus on me? That would be AWESOME.

Im curious too. I keep seeing it and almost picking it up.

Happy Zombie Weekend, enjoy the holiday of fertility, and if you're Jewish, drink an extra glass of wine for me!

Ive been learning a lot more about the Jewish culture and traditions and I have to say they are awesome. I read a 2 minute Haggadah that had me laughing. And I learned about Purim not too long ago. Seriously it sounds like one of the most fun holidays ever!!!! Almost makes me want to convert. Almost

I'm really enjoying it. I shamefully admit to never having read "Pride and Prejudice," but I've picked it up and flipped through it a few times. "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" is Jane Austen's work, just altered to include "the plague of unmentionables." The back of the book says that it transforms this literary work of art into "something you'd actually want to read."

It's very funny. Smiley: smile And it makes me want to read the original.
