Sorry I've been MIA...I've been super busy. I've moved to Mass, started a new job in Boston, Hannah's in a new school, and I'm starting to settle in a bit. Roo and I are also sort of house hunting for a place better suited to the family(coming from Maine, I want a little more of a back yard, for example), but that's not a huge rush.

What's new with you...I need the news in brief!

Nothing, really. I had moved here and my job decided a couple of years ago to ban Allakhazam.com, youtube and a bunch of other sites so I went from posting at night and during the weekends to just no longer posting at all. The more I got into a routine, the less time I seemed to have for it, especially since when I got home the last thing I wanted to do was be on a fucking computer after doing translations and schedules all day.

Then last July I decided to get the MyTouch for my birthday, and I rediscovered Alla's. Of course Joph has been on here the entire time and I heard somewhat peripherally of Alla leaving, etc, but it was still a shock to get on here and see the assclowns of old somewhat converted into People Other People Now Take Seriously. I now post mostly on the evenings and weekends, but I check in during the day and if I feel strongly enough about something I can type up a post in gmail and copy and paste it into the forum on my phone.
I love that damn phone. Smiley: cry

Jr. is doing beautifully, healthy and strong, and Joph and I are solid. Life is good. Did you get a job that has to do with your major?

Well, a job "related to my major" would be...well, interesting. Working with people is related to my major, so I guess. I'm managing an office in Boston.

Hey, anything in this economy. I was curious because of the "getting ready" answer.

Also another odd side effect of rejoining the forums: complete strangers trying to friend me on FB. I don't know you people, people! Smiley: motz

Oh the "Getting ready answer" is because, well think about it. Hannah doesn't see me *at work*...so when I'm talking about work in the morning, it's the I'm "getting ready for work"...hence, what does your mom do "for work"? She gets ready, haha.

She tells me that you ride trains for work.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Grats on the MyTouch. I love this generation of electronic all-in-one gadgets. I'm completely adhered to my iPhone. If I died tomorrow they'd have to peel a layer of skin off prying it out of my cold dead hand.

Oh yeah, grats on job, house, sanity, and raising wunderbrat. Also, grats on Hannah the wunderkind.

This kind of ruins the whole fantasy I had going on where you had been diagnosed with leukemia and were busily trying to make a donor baby but then you found out Smash was lame in the pants so you just surrendered and spent the past year or so withering away into the Dennis Hopper Zone. I hope it's some consolation that you died with great dignity, except for the whole bowel evacuation thing during your last rites.

As you can see that's a pretty intriguing false reality you've shattered with your return. Don't feel bad, though, for ruining my fantasy, I will get over it.

"return"? I haven't really been "gone"...I just haven't been posting much. Besides, I can't get *** cancer, seeing as I'm a robot (normal height, not bulletproof).

I thought Paulsol was the robot, what with that "no oil for blood" sign he carries around.

Maybe there's more than one?

Well it would just be silly to have a robot Sarah looking for Sarah Connor. It would just explode!

How does a robot couple rekindle the spark? They just slowly remove some more insulation!

So then the hookerbot says, "That's not my expansion slot" and my friend says, "That's not my gold-plated 25-pin connector!"
