And sometimes I think it would ruin it.

Show of hands: who thinks he was trying to "revive" that possum?

Was Mr Wolff (hah!) trying to revive Pogo?
Yes, clearly he's an animal lover. :6 (16.2%)
No, he was probably trying to eat it. :4 (10.8%)
Yes, but I'm worried about his motives. :9 (24.3%)
It is my considered belief that he was trying to sex it up. :11 (29.7%)
Other, which I will explain. Or not. You can't make me!:7 (18.9%)
Total:37

I should have added "thought it was the famous ground hog" since it happened in Punxsutawney. Smiley: laugh

This.

He probably just had a very maudlin drunk going on, and saw the dead animal. Might have reminded him of a dog that just died, or something. Who knows. Sounds like he got charged with the proper offenses.

Drunk people can and do the most stupid stuff. He's really lucky that it was truly dead. If it was stunned it would have chewed up his face good!

I can't imagine being drunk enough to attempt mouth to mouth with a long dead possum, but I guess I've led a more christian life than most you heathens.

Having dabbled in Satanism, Buddhism and atheism (and whiskeyism) in my life, I've still never tried to give the Kiss of Life to roadkill.

I have considered taking a freshly clobbered deer home for venison, though.

Sometimes you've just got to know where your limit is, so you can stay classy. And sometimes, those barrierless evenings were the best times of your life. How do you know which is which? Who can tell? When is the time to bring out an olde pic that everyone's seen again because it still makes you laugh?

If it weren't for Internet petitions being useless, I would sign an Internet petition for this to become a reality.

For that matter, I'd settle for claymation.

For the record, a link to that deleted picture would be acceptable in asylum. the only reason i removed it was because the "your images" section is viewable to everyone regardless of what forum they look in normally, so we require that images uploaded to our servers that we host here are basically work safe or PG-13. Just wanted to clarify that in case anyone was wondering. The picture or content itself was not inappropriate for Asylum, it was merely the upload location not necessarily being appropriate for other locations.

In life, Kelvin was a regular family guy. In Possum society he was well respected and considered the possum to watch.

In early life he had dabbled in alchemy, pederasty and origami. As the years took their toll, and his possum family grew around him, the origami lost its appeal, and the pederasty became difficult to keep secret. As his hairs turned grey, the alchemy not only remained with him; it grew. Alchemy became his passion.

His attempts to turn base metal into gold were never fully successful, but on occasion did result in a few grains of pure gold. He began to post on allachemy.com about his alchemic prowess and became acclaimed as the greatest possum alchemist in history.

Then he got run over by a truck and snogged by a drunken Philadelphian.

Bummer, eh?
