General welfare as to the care and well-being of the people, including basic health and medical services.

There's no legitimate constitutional issue here. What there is...is way to bilk suckers out of money and try to keep the idiot base riled up. Although the chances of this lasting until November are virtually nil.

Congress has broad powers to pass laws, provide services, levy taxes, etc. I realize the GOP modus operandi is to whine like little bitches every time they get badly, badly, badly beaten in congress, but this will reach the SCOTUS right about the time the birth certificate cases do. Remember those, sucker?
