It's Friday, people!

Usual stuff on tap this weekend here. Kids, chores, kids, feelin' fat.

Oh, and I hate that f*cking bag of cell phone/iPod/camera/PS3 cables in my "junk drawer"...the drawer that actually equates to 3 drawers.

Just sayin'.

I've got a drawer like that, although most of the cables in there can only be used to link an 1997 Ericksson phone to an Atari 520 ST.

Going to a bar tonight to see one of my coworkers play in his band. No idea what he plays, but should be fun! Tomorrow I'm down to Ocala to visit my parents and my grandmother, who is visiting. Sunday my friends and girlfriend come back from spring break, finally!

Oh yeah, it's Friday. Whoopty doo.

No plans here. A little work, some house cleaning, some gaming.

Meh.

I get to go back to the basement. Beer and power tools. In my opinion, there's more opportunity for fun there than drunken hunting.

haha, I'll probably spend a bunch of the weekend fixing little things around the house. There is still a little too much snow to clean up outside, so that's probably next week.

Probably work with my bro to figure out how to get a 3 thousand pound cherry tree up a small hill with nothing but a tactor and a couple of chains. Aside from that maybe a little house cleaning and reading (just began journey to the center of the earth). Then maybe hit the club and marinate in the sauna, then steam room, run a few miles, then back to the sauna, then the jacuzzi. I just wish they had an in house masseuse.

How does that work, exactly, open up the doors on both ends of the barn and break out the leaf blower?

Food, friends, and drink this evening. Tomorrow, a friend of mine is gonna take apart his computer and show me all the innards and what does what.

Sunday I'll probably work out a little, do laundry and some housekeeping, then work on some C#.

In my case, it's a box in the closet.

See, now it'd be really funny if you lived in Louisiana and I could make the "just crank up the airboat" joke.

Working tomorrow. I'm going to see how much drinking and/or video game action I can get in around that.

I was going to participate in a international study on Sjorgen's Syndome today, but the mild sore throat and dry cough got worst last night and there was no way I would be able to put up with having probes in my mouth for a few minutes to see how much spit I can produce.

They will call me back next week to reschedule me for another Friday.

So the rest of the weekend I'll be doing my best to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Jonwin pick me up some more cough drops and Cepacol lozenges, but I just may go with the Drambuie and Scottish Heather Honey mix with some hot tea.

At least the flare from hell ended after 2 nights of feeling like a Stone Giant had kick me just below my bottom.

My weekend is going to be filled with staring at my screen to get my photos perfect so I can show some good pictures next week.
But not tonight, tonight I shall attempt to boil myself in a hot bath with some music and a good book.
