This worries me. It worries me that a court can be so out of touch with reality that it can pass a judgment like this. To my mind, its equivalent to convicting the UK government of crimes committed using the M25 simply because the UK government provides the road.
Maybe we should charge airlines with drug trafficing offenses when a passenger is caught smuggling?
Common sense clearly went out the window in the Italian court ...
