I have never, ever, understood why I must watch minutes of complete dross when I buy DvDs. Its almost driven me to piracy.

The poor movie studios are just trying to recoup their losses from pirating. You know, by harassing their already loyal customers to spend more money. Give them a break.

It's nice and warm over here.

Also, streaming video means you don't need to plan ahead by going out and buying the movie.

Thom and I just had a good time watching the previews before Toy Story 2: next we'll be watching The Emperor's New Groove and I taught him how to be a monster with Monsters, Inc..

The "ffffuuuuuu" moment has happened so many times with DVDs.
I really like when the Menu Screen, once you finally make it to it, then does more "moving" about when you hit play (or any option).

I think Moe was thinking more along the lines of a yard (and yes, I'm aware that now we're down to 2/9 of a yard, and all without the aid of syphilis).
