You know, that's an interesting point. I think one of the reasons I've always loved reading, and reading fantasy and alternate-world history in particular, is that I have no problem at all suspending belief.

I can ignore what I know and accept what the story requires me to accept at will.

The down side is that I am very susceptible to suggestion.

One reason I try to be ignorant of celebrities personal lives.

Oh fine, then, the trees and other natural wonders can stay but once Pachamama opens her maw to digest all you heathens, grab Samira and run like hell.

Limp Bizkit, Korn, Staind, Creed, and a host of other post-grunge "alternative" bands that proceeded to **** up the entire genre for everybody else.

On a related note, MTV doesn't have any of the old episodes of CDM on their website, nor can you find them on YouTube. During my search, however, I was able to locate some kickass MTV Unplugged performances.

Speaking of world-class douchenozzles, I could give two wet shits about smartphone wireless coverage but Luke Wilson has made me never want to give AT&T's celluar/wireless service a dime. I think I actually dislike him as a smarmy spokesperson even more than I hate Justin "Im a Hipster Mac" Long.

Oh and I used to think both Sean Connery and Mel Gibson were talented dreamboats but now I think they're both grade-A douchenozzles.

Why can't it be both? Does being a douchenozzle make them any less talented, or less dreamy? Well, I guess not so dreamy, but can you really just drop the physical charms? I still like Mel Gibson movies, regardless of his crazy.
