Kay. How's gestation? Do you know what you're having? Are you in NC for good, now?

Gestation is literally a pain in my butt. I have some rotten sciatica and I'm starting to sport a pretty sizeable tummy so comfort is a distant memory now. Still, I am only about 11 weeks away from my due date so there is some brightness on the horizon.

Oh, and it's a boy. We are naming him after a famous Canadian singer. Can you guess??

We are in NC "for good" for now. We got our green cards, maybe you knew that already, so we are more permanent than ever before. We have 5 years to decide if we want to go for citizenship. I dunno...it's a good way of life here but I miss Canadia. I have to think of my kiddies first though, and we can do so much more here for them than back home. Sad truth of it all.

How about you? When are you moving south? :)

I know nothing about the vast darkness up north except that I hate Leonard Cohen, so I'll guess that.

Funny you should mention it, but I'm going through aboot the same thing. I'd love to move back to VA, but I wouldn't have the same quality of life.

You're naming your kid Joni? That's pretty brave.

Haha, his nickname could be the bat-kid.

Or bat-boy, if you're a fan of the Weekly World News.

Randy Bachman or Tom Cochrane, but if it's Tom Cochrane, I'm standing by Stompin Tom.

If it's not on of them though, I'm standing strong by Coco Love Alcorn
