More than the hilarious panic that sets in over a bit of snow around here is the sensitivity over the panic. If you make even the slightest joke about how people freak out over snow around here, you may just get to see some pretty impressive tantrums of the "freezingrainisdeadly" or "theroadsaredeadly" or "myhusbandmightDIEonthewaytowork" variety.

I went to the grocery store last night and it was nearly empty of bread, milk, OJ....not mention completely packed with terrorized shoppers.

I just went out in snow in four-inch heels. I would say I'm acclimated.
