You have a special election coming up.

Get out there and @#%^ing vote.

Your choices are:

Democrat Martha Coakley - Centrist Democrat, likely to caucus with the Blue Dogs. Pro-choice, pro-HCR, but has run a lukewarm campaign.

Republican Scott Brown: - Teabagger, hypocrite, and @#%^ extraordinaire, who thinks its fun to cuss out high schoolers and who once posed nude in Cosmo. That's some real family values, all right!

Those are the facts. YOU DECIDE!

So those are all of the facts? that's all someone would need to know? There is nothing else to learn about these two or the issues?

And btw just about everybody wants Health care reform it's just that the majority of the people don't want Obama's Socialist version of it.

I linked to the actual Senatorial campaign websites, so you can read up on the issues you think matter.

Coakley's page is whole lotta fluff and not a whole lot of content. An inanimate carbon rod with DNC stickers on it would be a more compelling candidate.

How can you expect high voter turnout with such a campaign?

Seriously, sell yourself.

Yeah, that's the problem. She hasn't really applied herself. PPP had Brown up by 1 point, but other polls show her edging him out. She considered herself a shoe-in since she's a Dem running for Teddy's seat, but the campaigning hasn't really been there. It's going to boil down to who manages to get out the vote better.

I never claimed to be non-partisan.

Well, more than "edging out". Other polls have her up by anywhere from 8 to 15 points. PPP's numbers aren't good but they're a bit off from everyone else's. The safe money is still on Coakley.

100% Agreed.

This. OP could have been a Varrus post, with partisanship switched, of course.

Hey, posing nude in Cosmo could be seen as a positive. He's a bit too hairy for my taste, though.

Scott Brown's website took longer to load than Martha Coakley, so if I lived in Massachusetts I'd vote for her.

The Pats were never up in that game, considering Baltimore was up 27-0 in the 1st.

I didn't vote for Coakley in the primary, but will in the general election.

Hah, what game were you hearing about? I sat in the cold watching that game and the best thing I saw all day was the cheerleaders. Should have suited them up to take on the Ravens, would have been a better game!

And I'm a Patriots fan...

I tell you what Varus, if Brown wins I'll buy you premium. If Coakley wins, you gotta upload a pic of yourself holding a sign up that says "kill whitey."

See also, MA.

Even should Brown win, it's not like he'll be all that beholden to the RNC.

They've barely even given him token support during his campaign.

I'll hold up a sign that says "I Hate Black People", if Brown wins. I'm not cool enough to say the *n word, being a cracker & all.

But you have to agree to the "Kill Whitey" sign if Coakley wins.

The progressive Dems view her as a centrist. They don't like her very much.

Then again, they dislike Obama and 80% of the elected Democrats for not being progressive enough.
