Twenty ten. I didn't say nineteen thousand ninety nine, so two thousand and ten doesn't fit either.

At first, I'll say "Twenty-Ten". Eventually, though, it'll probably just be "Ten".

Contrary to popular belief, our new machine overlords will not communicate using the binary representation of ascii letters.

Eh, the real end of the age won't be for another 140 years.
By which time everyone reading this will have probably died of old age anyway so it doesn't matter.

I doubt most of us will die of "old age" regardless of when.
The only reason I even typed old age was because it sounded nicer than pretty much any genuine cause of death.

Two Ten. Why waste time with extra syllables.

"This year," so I don't actually have to remember what year it is.

I've decided to go with "oh ten", just to **** people off because it's technically not wrong.

I will probably go with "two thousand and ten" because I'm a formalist like that.

BLAM!

(it is if you're prefixing "twenty" to the beginning, that's another 18,000 years out)

And a BLAM! for you too, since that was 1800 years ago.

By only saying "oh ten" it's assumed that I'm prefixing it with "two". Smiley: tongue

Twenty-ten. But when 2011 rolls around, I bet I switch to two thousand-eleven.
