I'd like the recipe for this quiche. I mean, sure quiches are simple, and mostly ad hoc, but I'm always interested in cooking.

Ingredients:
(2) Deep dish 9" frozen pie crusts
10 eggs, beaten
1 pint heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 cups cheddar or monterey jack cheese
1 large onion, diced and sauteed in butter (optional...I just like onion in everything)
1 large tomato, sliced thinly
Once you've mixed all this in a large bowl, split it up into the two pie crusts and add to each whatever ingredients you want. Some suggestions:
Per quiche:
1 cup cooked spinach or broccoli
or 1/2 cup ham (diced or thinly sliced)
Once you have everything you want in the quiche, you can float the thin slices of tomato on top (and top with a little more cheese if you want...parmesan is good!).
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing if you're eating it hot.
This is not a low fat food.

Hey, you're welcome! Glad you like it. I haven't actually made it in ages (not the healthiest thing, haha). I'm making lentil soup this weekend...then I'm making up large batches of Needham's for Christmas gifts.
