I'm not sure why that's ironic, really. People are stupid. They take the term "global warming" very seriously, and when it's colder than usual, they're going to say that it's obvious Global Warming isn't happening. That's not really irony, it makes sense.

It's about 28 in central Maine this morning. Yesterday was quite a stinker. We saw strong winds, heaps of snow and freezing rain to top everything off - we got released from work at 12:30 though:)

51 degrees is still shorts weather. It's 15 here today. I think I had ice on my lungs as I walked from my car to my class.
It's actually up to 0 now. To be honest, yesterday was worse. The wind was a lot nastier and it was blowing snow too.

Well, it's negative thirty with the wind chill factored in here in Des Moines today. FUck all of you. In the ***. With an icicle. I went out to excavate the car this morning and I fell in snow up to my waist. My balls got cold, and I got mad. Driver's side door was frozen shut. Snow had drifted up over the hood. Another day on the couch.
Our windchill was -25 but we didn't have the snow. Had ice on my car though!

And my front door doesn't stay closed unless I lock it. >.< I have my desk pushed up against the heat vent in the wall to keep my toes warm and I'm still freezing.

Must have been warmer in Middle TN then, because in East TN, we had 20 degree temps in November. I know, because my son was still playing football in that ****. Brrr... Was cold here last year. Cold here this year too.

The English weather luckily doesn't change too much over the course of the year and it's at nice temperatures most of the time.
