The brain in question is that of HM, the famous patient who lost his memory from a flubbed lobotomy. He donated his brain to science, and he died last year. Now they are slicing it up so that it can be stained and studied for years to come.

And in an effort to raise money, they are streaming it LIVE. OMG IT'S A BRAIN! On . . . what appears to be some sort of icy plastic.

LOL, this is why you shouldn't let people watch you while you work. The chick with the paintbrush looking thing just tried to poke another guy in the face with it. Standard operating procedure for this type of project, I'm sure.

Is HM the one that they performed the repetitive muscle memory tests on? I seem to recall a dot and a turntable or something.
