Like, most of what I know is just pushups, sit ups, and some kind of cardio, but I never know if there's a certain order, positions, etc that I should be doing these. Google gives me a fuckton of different opinions, but I'm not sure which one would work. They also end up with weights being included 90% of the time.

Use this siteThere's pages upon pages of exercises to do and if you click on the exercise itself, it shows the motion you're supposed to make.

Still holding steady at about forty pounds lost a little more than a year after I stopped drinking myself to an obese death. I don't feel the need to lose any more nor gain any back. I'll be quitting my cigarette habit by New Year's and to offset the inevitable weight gain I'm thinking about getting back into meth or maybe giving bulimia a go.

Is that a mid-west thing? You feel out of place because you still have teeth?

Anorexia's the way to go. You look better and it's much, much cheaper.
