A lot of these seem to be occurring during this presidency. I'm sure they're all just innocent mistakes <end sarcasm>.
Never ascribe to malice what can be explained with incompetence. Reading the ABC Report on it, it seems that most of their "catches" are someone saying "99th" district which would appear to be shorthand for "I don't know" or "Fill this in later". What's funny is that the doomsayers are overlooking the fact that all this data is publicly available on the website. It didn't require a FOIA request or a court case or congressional hearings -- it's all right out there. Whatever temp is inputting numbers might deserve to get their knuckles cracked with a ruler (not to mention to jamokes who submitted the wrong districts) but isn't great that it's this easy?

I don't doubt Rush talked about it in length, unfortunately I didn't catch it.
I'm sure you didn't miss much. By the way, the American Cancer Society put out basically the same findings a week or two ago (data wise that is; they still want women to get tested) but that didn't have the same "OMG Government!" potential as the deadly-scary US Preventative Services Task Force saying it.
