The lack of even a single instance of justice is as same the sort of stain on society as is the lack of all of them. The size of that stain doesn't really change what it is in the first place, and it's never acceptable until it's totally gone.
A much easier and non-controversial way to dismiss your point is to simply note that it's a false dilemma with clearly malicious political intent.
