Why thank you!

Normally I'd be picking up a bottle of Jack Daniels for tonight, but I may have to start making concessions to my advancing age and switch to wine.

Go for Saki. It's alcohol content is a bit higher than traditional wines.

A year older than last year. That's too many.

Last night, my wife and I were watching House from the DVR and suddenly I started feeling funny, like lightheaded and panicky. Then I realized that it was past midnight and I had just gotten older.

I've had saki once before; it was okay, but I enjoy drinking white wines from the local Hudson Valley wineries. Millbrook, if I can find it.

Sake is traditional.

It's also not very nice.

Careful on that wine. Parents aren't nearly the drinkers they think they were. Well, not those of toddlers anyway. I'm sure those with older kids have rediscovered their hearty liver.

happy birthday, happy birthday, sin and sorrow and despair, people dying everywhere, (along with leaving the asylum) but happy birthday.

It's delicious in grapefruit juice.

Either that, or years of practically drinking salsa have ruined my taste buds for life.
