Not to be a picky ***** or anything, but this statement is pretty damn wrong. They didn't intentionally use any form of germ warfare. The native population didn't have the natural resistance to several pathogens the Europeans did. When exposed to said pathogens, a large percentage of the native population died. That it no way means that the Europeans intentionally used germ warfare and ran around sneezing on people. If I remember correctly, no one knew for certain how diseases spread during this period.
