The guy is pushing the buttons of world powers. Netanyahu seems eager to take the bait. Sanctions are imminent. Is war?

That's right varus - we should go to war with Iran, because Afghanistan and Iraq are going so well.

Your memory is short by the way, your monkey had 8 years to sort Iran out.

If Israel goes to war with Iran, what will or should the US do?

The exact same thing Israel did when the US declared war on Iraq and Afghanistan.

Whatever the UN decide we must.

Goggy,

Sounds about right for the one world order cooks. How sad that the US feels it must bow before the UN before it acts in the interests of it's own citizens.

There was a time, not long ago, when our leader listened to the american people and acted in their best interest. Now I guess we're expected to rely on the goodwill of nations like Iran.

And the reason W didn't do anything about Iran was because congress, democrats, and the media wouldn't let him. H*ll you people still talk about WMD's on a regular basis.

It's going to be interesting watching how Obama deals with adhmaingiad (or however you spell it) compared with how W dealt with Saddam Hussein.

Depends on who starts shooting first. If Israel attacks Iran, we shouldn't do anything unless we intend to become part of an occupation force in Iran. If Iran attacks Israel, I'm sure we have defensive treaties which require us to come to Israel's defense in force.

Given that Israel has nuclear weapons, I rather doubt we'll be seeing armored columns rolling from Tehran to Tel Aviv.

You mean that guy who was no threat to us, didn't have nukes, and who the Bush administration tried set up connections between him and 9/11? Yup, it'll be interesting to see the comparison. I'm liking it so far.

Jophed,

Laugh all you like. That doesn't change the truth of it. By the time we were through liberating Iraq from Hussein the Democrats were staunchly opposed to anything W did or said. They attacked him incessantly on every front. The media showed the daily death tolls and the campaign death tolls on a nightly basis. They told the american people that "Bush lied and people died". They said Saddam wasn't really that bad and was no threat to us. So feel free to laugh all you like but like I said the truth is there for anyone who's interested.

Locked,

So you think Iran is a threat? How convienent for you.

Iran has said they aren't producing nukes. There's no proof that they are. Not only that but Iran hasn't invaded anyone since they got their ****s kicked by the Israelis what 30yrs ago. We can't say the same thing about Iraq can we? It's sad I can already hear you apologizing for why Obama had to invade.

You know, there's a definite cause and effect there if you want to look at it.

No, I know you don't. But if you did, you'd see it.

The world powers need to start pushing their own buttons.

Yup, sounds about right.

That the Democrats obstruct and undermined W's every action. Fortunately he was able to get the ball rolling in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Funny you talking about the Dems rolling W when the Dems are trying to blame the failing healthcare bill on the GOP even though the GOP doesn't have control of congress or the presidency. But we all know how much the Dems would rather bow a knee, if it means their security, rather than stand on two feet and fight. This is also why the military generally hates the Democrats.
