So you think young children should be taught songs praising the president as if he were a king?

Absolutely not. That's fucking absurd. Praising him like a king... Smiley: oyvey

They should be glorifying him as to a God.

Nations have kings. The United States of America has God.

What joke?

I'm serious. Obama should be glorified by these children as though he were Lord.

The USA's every action is sanctioned by the Almighty - thus, is it not appropriate to treat her leader as the manifestation of His will, with all the reverence this implies?

What a surprise. This is what liberals do. Sadly they're no better than the goose stepping *****. Were it up to them everyone they didn't like would be put to death.

No, it is not "appropriate." Propriety is when we talk about such as using the correct fork, not the ontology of the Lord. It borders on heresy to prescribe that people should revere Obama as the Lord, for to state that it should be the case implies that there is some logical way that it might possibly not be the case. It is inconceivable to logic that this particular thing, Obama's infallible divinity, is not the case, as would be a four-sided triangle.

This however, does not border on heresy, but is a flagrant blasphemy. Ask not whether he can. Ask whether or not you and I have made ourselves deserved of his will.

Tulip,

Something like this would never have happened under a Reagan or W. But you go right on using the new Democrat defense for every f*cked up thing that happens in Obama's name;

Quote:
you would have no problem with this if it were the GOP (W)

You just pick the oddest things to get your panties in a wad about, really. These kids wrote (I think) and sang a song about Obama. So what?

Considering Ive being a paramedic for the last 3 years and if you add up all of the calls Ive been dispatched to that ended with a life being saved I am indirectly responsible for countless kids having the chance to graduate.

How about you?

Doesn't that mean that you're also responsible for the countless kids that grow up to be criminals?

Tulip,

This is just another example of the liberals trying to brainwash our children. According to them there is no leader besides our glorious Obama. Don't you think W is enough of a man not to pull this on kids?

Pensive,

I'm on my phone because i took some time off after this guy's ***** gave me the f*ck me eyes when I was at Sizzler. Since I didn't finish my lunch there she's outside making me a sandwich. I don't memorize the password because as entertaining as you are you're not important enough to remember.
