I'm trying to picture Guenny being attracted to Varus.... nope. Can't seem to make that work.

Laughing at him, yeah, I can see that.

Of course you've never had a friend or relative die have you? You don't know anyone who's been in a car accident do you? These things never happen. Why protect against them? As a matter of fact you should go out right now and drop all the insurance policies you have. It's all a scam anyway isn't it?

Holy sh*t, does Daddy whisper that sh*t in your ear while he's got you bent over your desk?

It is all a scam, idiot. At least when the insurance company does it right. Do what know what claims adjusters do when a fresh claim hits their desk? The very first thing? We pull the application and scour it for errors. Any errors. Any excuse to avoid paying the claim.

This isn't even mentioning that indemnity is an unattainable goal, an impossible to keep promise you make to every single client who purchases your product.

We've been over this a lot, little guy. I know way more about you do than you do. Hell, you sound like you're fresh from your first seminar, spouting rose-colored platitudes about how righteous and life-affirming your career is. The money is alright, yeah, but what you do for a living is extortion, plain and simple.

Maybe with two bit insurance companies like the one you've dealt with. The one I write for pays claims with a quickness.

I highly doubt that.

It's possible he works for one of thsoe companies that pays things immediately so that they can say they've paid for everything, knowing full well that there's going to be more bills coming in and they can deny those because they weren't submitted together.

Varus only works with the magical good insurance companies. The ones staffed by faeries and elves and woodland sprites.

Hahahaha. What company, varus? You're a captive agent? I thought your were independent?

I've worked in personal lines with Progressive and with Zurich North America doing E&O and claims. So unless you're a captive for Allstate or StateFarm you work for a two-bit company in comparison to the personal lines experience I've had, and you don't have the education to do commercial or professional liability so there's about 70% of the industry you pretty much don't even comprehend.

A claims adjuster's job is to deny claims, Varus. Any way they can. There isn't a company with a better reputation than Progressive, and even they do it. Everyone does it, moron. You just happen to be the stupid little puppet who gets the premiums rolling in while on the back-end your customers get abused. The fact that you're not knowledgeable enough of the very product you're selling to realize that is in no way a surprise to me.

Varrus has so little trouble getting women, yet he's on so many personals websites.

Having worked with both, I can attest that neither pay claims "quickly."

Does our freedom and property rights cease to exist when someone else needs "looking after"? Is that what the USA is about?

I don't think varus knows what "balance" means. This is nothing new. This is reality. We have these things, called taxes, which pay for stuff we all agree we need. We are having a discussion about whether or not to add health care to that list, and to what extent.

Ironically far from adding cost, this is about reducing costs. Normal systems - which exist in reality and not only in theory - cost 2-3 times less per person and cover everyone with comparable care.

Yet the main problem, as reflected by the quote above, is that one side is coming to the table to talk about reality and the opposition is living in a fantasy world. I would hope that the assylum is not representing the high points of the opposition - that there is more rational thought to the opposition to change. And then I open a newspaper. Alas. No, it really is this bad.

Not at all. I've said many times on here what I do. Hardly a secret.

But now that I know you're all hot to trot to find out and try to salvage your ego, it's more entertaining to jack you around.

He's a badger rancher, Varrus. He ranches badgers. I can't believe you don't remember this.

P.S. Still desperately searching the internet for companionship? I think I speak for society at large when I say LOSER.
