What Halliburton did was wrong. What Acorn did was worse.

False

No, it doesn't. If the person acts on that advice, then the person giving advice may be considered an accomplice, but the simple act of giving advice itself does not constitute a crime.

False

Varus is incapable of plainly saying "Halliburton's actions were wrong" and letting it sit without trying to spin it into something about how other people are worse and so Halliburton really isn't so bad.

It's kind of sad. Sad and pathological.

Okay, as for that more precise phrasing, I think I'd agree.

Feigning outrage is something you're quite accustomed to we know.

First off there's been no trial for Jaime. Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence? Halliburton is taking the risk of being sued either way. There could be nothing to this girls story. She could be lying. She could just be a ****. Don't the accused have any rights?

As for Acorn there's multiple videos proving that they condone child prostitution. But are you people picketing their offices? Are you people screaming in protest? No! All you can manage to do is ignore it and continue talking about Halliburton. Yes I brought up Halliburton in the other thread to illustrate the vast differences in the way the media is covering the two.

I don't know what's worse, the fact that you completely missed the point of my statement or that you actually responded as if it made sense.

And you're content to ignore anything illegal any Democrat is associated with.

Given that I've said multiple times that I'm cool with Acorn being investigated and the cessation of its funding, this would be provably false. Unlike you who can't do more than whine about Acorn.

You never answered my question: What should be the government response to Halliburton's actions?

Hahaha, I thought the same thing. Apparently bruises all over a woman's body, misplaced and tampered rape kits, and involuntary incarceration leaves room for doubt, but videos do not and mean systemic abuse. Good to know.

I think you all seem to have forgotten Varus' misogyny in this whole debate. He doesn't care about one *****'s ruptured **** or implants to another. Hell, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he's personally been involved in several incidents of sexually abusing women, one way or another. If anything, I can picture him giving high-fives to the men who have gotten away with this so far.

The more so since he probably knows some of them. Go go good ol' boys.

The marks on her don't count. Only the presence of marks on the rapist can determine whether or not she was willing Smiley: schooled

If giving advice were a crime, then anyone who participated in an Advice Dog thread would have to be arrested.

Especially ones that said stuff like, "Hurt people! Kill others!"
