Crazy warm weather expected here this weekend, near the nineties for Sat, Sun and into next week. We are going to continue our grass work, overseeding the front and continuing to work on the back.

Saturday we are hitting "Bugfest" with the kids. They will love it and I will be all skeeved out. Saturday night the Mr. is off out for a booze night so I probably won't see him until Sunday morning. I'll just be home, quietly gestating.

Cleaning, shopping, attending a farmer's market and village festival, working out, yard work, reading (I recently purchased the definitive edition of the annotated Alice and I'm in heaven). I may get a haircut, but that sounds somewhat ambitious.

I'm thinking of playing pool tonight, then going to the video game club again, then back home (or perhaps out to a bar). No other plans besides that. Sunday I have my first salsa dancing lesson. Hahaha, I'm going to make a fool of myself!

Today: Buy new car, clean apartment, renew EVE, attend rally in support of a guy who was beaten nearly to death in my city last weekend for being gay, sleep.

Tomorrow: Get high, play EVE, celebrate a friend's birthday, hang with girlfriend.

Sunday: work

Clean, shop, be lazy, play EQ2, go to my son's football game, drink wine and then work on Sunday.

I'm cleaning out cupboards, junkdrawers and closets...and the fridge, baking breads, canning jams and maybe some salsa (I got an abundance of cilantro). That's it. Out-of-towners start flooding our place late next week - then it's non-stop hostessing through Oct. Yay.

Well I'm hoping to replace a few windows this weekend, but it's raining and doesn't look like it's going to stop until tomorrow, which is annoying because I was going to take out the old windows and re-frame the openings today, so that the two person work tomorrow goes faster. Smiley: madSmiley: madSmiley: mad

Stupid rain, we've had so bloody much of it. Ah well, if it's only drizzling I still can.

Nineties? Seriously? It's gonna be sixty and raining here all weekend. Already started, in fact.

Guess I'll be staying in and playing more LoL.

Feel better!

Pretty quiet here - lots of errands, ordered by priority so when I run out of steam the guilt monster will be partially assuaged.

Hmm. Tonight, probably some drinking and playing GuildWars with my husband.

Today is my husband's only day off this week, so I'll probably work on homework both Saturday and Sunday. Can probably knock two chapters out, one on each day.

Sunday is my "domestic goddess" day. I clean the house up on Sundays and get all our laundry done.

Tomorrow: My bachelor party! ...in the rain.
Sunday: Nursing a hangover and possibly going to a few open houses... hopefully not in the rain.

Another unproductive weekend with weather hopefully maxing out at 82 degrees.
Today consists of my final achievement for Sonic & Knuckles on Xbox 360 (Knuckles Clear), one of the harder Chains of Promathia missions (6-4; Final Fantasy XI), supposedly getting DirectTV (can't wait for the two hour premier of House), and... getting half-baked while watching Half-Baked, Stargate Atlantis, and That 70s Show.

Unproductive but just the break I needed from... college, work, roommate, and life in general. lol :3

Well the Constellation turn around move was canceled due to rain and wind. You dont want a 155 year old ship coming apart due to heavy wave action.
Work on ship Saturday and Sunday. Go to Baltimore Science Fiction Society meeting Sat. eve. Play eq some and watch THE LAST EMPEROR of Scotland.

Pay some bills and clean.

I wanna move the constellation! all I ever get to sail is reproduction frigates and retired minesweepers.

Tonight: preperations for housewarming party. Apperently danalog managed to telepathically infect half my guest list though, so i'm not sure anyone other than my immidiate family is actually showing up. I also got a bunch of new fish and plants for the aquarium to make up for not buying any new fish for a year when i kept thinking i was going to move at any moment. I have a ginormous blue shrimp now too (its a shrimp, not a stinking fish eating crayfish or anything like that)

Tomorrow: housewarming party! yay!

Sunday: Pick up 4' x 8' slatwall sheets for garage. ($10 a sheet too, can't beat that!)

Once I have those installed, some bigger flourescent ceiling lights and some more storage items, the garage will be pretty much done. at that point I can start gearing up for the landscaping and cabeling projects.

Tonight, already done. Spirit night at the high school football game, all the grades 1-7 football players and cheerleaders get to be on the field and show their spirit when their grade is called. Coaches names were called too! Smiley: grin We also spent one minute of silence for Kai's fallen classmate Zach who died this past Monday in a car accident. His mother even showed up, what a strong woman she is!

Tomorrow, game at noon, I am coaching, Kai is cheering. Then we drive for an hour out to C'ville to visit Deb and Kayla. We are celebrating Kayla turning 12 and Kailey turning 9, just family. I am actually throwing Kailey a surprise party in a couple weeks, tis too sad around here for a party atm.

Sunday, maybe church, maybe lie around all day and do absolutely nothing... I might do some more ancestry.com stuff, dunno.

I am posting from a hotel suite in Burlington MA. The fam and I drove a loooooooooong way to come visit friends and family we havent seen since we moved to NC. Today we are going to visit my mom, tomorrow we have a big family cookout with the Mr.s extended family, filled with lots of potential dramatic interludes (yay), followed by visiting some friends in the evening. Right now we're prepping to go have lunch at the Rainforest Cafe.

Rest of the week will be a lot of the same and then we head home end of the week, stopping at the Smithsonian in DC for a little break.

Friday - Lunch with Tanya at her work
Friday Night - I took a pill for pain and I ended up having a bad reaction to it and going to the ER from 2:30AM to 5AM.

Saturday - Taking the train downtown Chicago with Takeo alone. Seeing how he does since he hasn't been on one since he was 3 months old.

Saturday Afternoon - Taking the train from Chicago south an hour to Kankakee IL. What a horrid town but I have to visit someone there.

Saturday Night - Taking the train from Kankakee to Chicago, taxi cabbing to the next train station to bring us back home.

Sunday - My mother wants to come and see the kid. She told me I'm not allowed there since I'm a momzilla and I don't stop picking at what she does. I will probably go see a movie.

My weekend events are slimming down. I go all sorts of places during the week but by the time the weekend come around, I'm worn out.
