I finally got around to uploading pictures. Here they are if you are interested, if not, why the heck did you click on the thread???

note: the forum picture uploader really dislikes my camera for some reason. not all of these were actually horribly out of focus.

House outside:

I didn't take one of the back yard. as you can see, landscaping has been a real priority for me so far... (the actual fix is awaiting the tax credit refund)

The garage:

Screenshot

There is a workbench to the left as well, but that picture turned out like crap. THe garage is a bit of a mess due to the current lack of storage and the extra barbique. the former issue will be resolved shortly, the latter needs hauled away.

The kitchen:

Eventually the tile will get tore out and replaced with stone of some sort.

The pantry;

Fud.

The laundary room:

The dining room:

The fish tank is a bit of a mess at the moment, i'm working on getting shte !@#$%^& fluidized bed filter working. excuse the mess...

The living room:

Screenshot

TV will eventually get wall mounted

Fireplace detail:

This will eventually get a stone top to match the counters when they go in.

DVD and game shelves:

The exercise room:

Yes. it is purple. No, it will not stay that way.

Got the hardcovers sorted agaion. paperbacks are awaiting a later date.

Funny story there, that couch actually rotates gravity 90 degrees.

Computer loft room:

Yes, that sad pile of parts in the corner is indeed my primary gaming computer devoid of motherboard due to asus being horribly ******* slow on their RMA's recently. 25 days of withdrawl, I will soon be driven quite mad from the delay.

So uh, yup. thats the house. Except for the classified parts, like the future server room.

I figure it's one of the only things he fits comfortably into. Also, I see his house number. Now I can track him down should I choose to.

Towncar is one of the few cars I havfe found that rewasonably accomodate size 15 feet. That, and it has a pretty large V8.

there are maybe 1,000 people in ridgefield. I'm pretty sure that should some crazy person wish to track me down, the numbers wouldn't give them much more data than me probably being the only Tim Pierce in the area provides.

Your diet is a atrocious. Also, paint the walls, white is the most uninteresting color there is. Aside from that, not a bad house. Grats.

At first I thought that was one picture, and I was wondering why your house had a ledge so big you could put a couch on it.

Yeah, thats mostly for when i don't feel like cooking something better. I couldn't get a good painter in before I moved in, so the plan now is to paint later in the fall. No idea what colors yet. I kind of want to replace the kitchen counter first and then build off that, but that is a few years out. You can't really tell from the pictures, but the previous owner did quite a number on the walls. i'm still repairing their patch jobs, quite a bit of retexturing to go.

I've learned to live with the spiders. Living in the middle of the woods, they are everywhere.
Once I get my yard cleaned up and actually have a lawn then they will lessen. But right now the woods right outside my house, they love scurrying around through the brush, leaves, dead trees, etc.

But I noticed you use propane for your grilling...

Easiest solution for that is to not use a holder. I just set a roll on the counter next to the toilet.

wrong way? I didn't know toilet paper could be mounted a wrong way?

That my friends is the real man's solution. Using hangers is a waste of time, especially in those critical bean burrito induced overloads.

actually, 1 of the bathrooms is one way, the others are the other way. I usually just stick it on however it comes out of the bag.
