A Vomiting Bug?
When I first saw this headline, I was confused, and wonder why type of insect was puking all over the place. "Hit by a vomiting bug." Sounds so odd...
So I wonder how many different ports the average cruise ship lands on, letting passengers out? Nothing like spreading disease all over the tropics.

I assumed they were talking about a virus or bacteria, though that may be partly due to my heavy science background.
As far as spreading it goes, as easy as it is to travel these days I figure that the infection rate due to cruise ship's is a drop in the bucket compared to something like the airline industry.
