GOP Who's Who scamFollow

You know Who's Who scams? Where you pay some company money, and they include your name in a supposedly prominent listing of luminaries? Or a diploma mill...pay the money, get an embossed certificate?

The Republican party is doing the same damn thing.

They send out faxes to doctors all over the country, saying they've been chosen to join the Physicians' Council for Responsible Reform. The entirety of which consists of donating $ to the GOP, then getting to claim to your customers/clients/patients that you're prestigious enough to be on a government council and be giving advice to congresspeople.

Diabolical.

You'd like to think that doctors would be smart enough not to fall for that but I suppose Who's Who itself isn't directed towards the janitorial set.

Yeah, but those guys were communist, and thus were already busy running the DNC's fund raisers.
