And for once, I actually have plans this weekend. Mr. Tare and I are headed to the mountains, a hot-tubbed cabin and a full 2 days away from the kiddies. Bliss!

Downside: I am 6 weeks pregnant so no drinkies/hot tub for me. :(

Whachoo got?

Zero plans this weekend :-(

I guess I should make some. Uh, I should really try hitting up the bars here in Gainesville; classes just began this week so there should be a lot of people out. If the weather is nice I might just stroll down University and people-watch too; it's always entertaining.

I get the pleasure of working over the weekend, I say that sarcastically but if I'm honest I really don't mind about it, gives me extra money to spend after the bank holiday bearing in mind I get time and a half for working sunday and monday :) (it's a long weekend in the UK this weekend most employers give the monday off).

I'll be trying not to think about my kid being 3000 miles away.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.GRATZ TARE!!!!! Sorry about the no hot tub/alcohol thing. I'll be sure to drink a few extra glasses of wine on your behalf as you so lovingly did while I was unable. Smiley: cool

btw I was soooo looking forward to your picture post. Lazy bum!

Xavier has his first sleep over here tonight. He's been to a sleep over but he's finally hosting (or should I say we're hosting). Pizza, movies, caffeine free soda is the name of the game tonight. I have to tidy up the house today so the kids can destroy it again tonight. Pancakes for breakfast.

For the rest of the weekend not much. We've got a big trip back up to Mass coming up so we're saving our funds for fun stuff traveling and there. Plus its too hot to do anything outside still.

How did that happen?

(many gratulations!! - hope the beebee goes easy on your tummy).

I actually conned my husband into going on a picnic with. There's a lil mountain nearby. It's a nice, but healthy climb up to the top offering scenic views of the coast. I even bought some groceries for said 'picnic' last night. Now the edges of some stupid tropical storm are supposed to be visiting this weekend, dropping buckets of rain and blowing things around. Smiley: glare

If it is yucky out I think I'm gonna try and get him to go see The Hurt Locker with me - it looks good. Anyone seen it?

Friday: Shaking off a chest-cold but finished work for a three day weekend. Huzzah! Planning a quiet smoochy evening in with wine, a DVD and the gurly.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday: No plans whatsoever. Weather permitting, a few cycle rides, a few trips down the old rub-a-dub for a few cheeky beers and probably clothes shopping for the vacation in September (Lanzarote baby).

Alla seems to cause more pregnancies than Octomoms fertility Dr.

I will be at home with Suki & Tyler. My mom will be taking her to her Little Gym class & I will be studying Social Psychology, Statistics & State Gov (really though, past the castle doctrine, is there anything else I need to know?)

I suspect Tare fell victim to a nitrous oxide induced nympho-numbing spell. Be afraid peeps - it could happen to you too.

Rueters wrote:
About 10 million tonnes of nitrous oxide a year -- a third of world emissions -- come from human activities including fertilisers, fossil fuels, livestock manure and industry. "Laughing gas" is perhaps best known as an anaesthetic.
