I saw a preview for a big disaster movie called "2012" or something. I wonder if it's the same thing? It looked like fun, I like disaster movies. I really liked The Day After Tomorrow. Some of the scenes were spectacular in the cinema. Then that awful Boxing Day Tsunami happened, and we all saw what a real tsunami looks like, and the pristine, debrisless water covering New York in the movie just looked so fake when I saw the movie again later.
Yup clicked the link and it looks like it's for "2012". While 2012 promises even more spectacular cataclysms than The Day After Tomorrow, I have to confess that I'm looking forward to "Avatar" more. And I bet either of them don't beat my enjoyment of the recent "Star Trek", and "Ponyo".
