Whujalookatdat?!? Now those Mexicans are taking white people's jobs in space! First it's quality vegetable picking jobs and now it's all the quality astronaut landscaping jobs available.

Seriously though? RACK Jose on being the first Hispanic/Latino/Mexican-American in space.

I would congratulate him on overcoming extreme adversity and rising to the occasion when most people in his position would pass the buck and blame everyone else for their trouble. I congratulate him on achieving a level of accomplishment most people can only dream of. I will not, however, congratulate him for being the first Mexican anything.

Awww, Ducky, this is the season of hope and change, dude! If you can't RACK a guy for being the first black president or the first Mexican in space, what can you RACK? It's the audacity of hope! Hope you can change in or change you can hope in-- I can't remember which glib slogan I'm supposed to chant, but I'm all for it, yessiree.

Universal health care? Absolutely. Public options, stock options, I don't care, it all sounds good. Gimme some. Yes we can! To infinitos and beyond-o!

Actually, what can you RACK? I'm still not wholly clear on the system. Who's allowed to RACK stuff? Can I RACK things? Does everyone have their own RACK, or is there one large RACK between everyone? How long does a RACK last? Does something have to be RACKed to be unRACKed?

That a lovely RACK you've got there, Kav.

And now for the first Mexican Astronaut, on his first mission, come the well know words. "Jose can you see?"

So a minority finally beat a monkey on the space tests. Big deal.

Glad to have mad your day brighter Totem.

I use the pun when I give tours of Ft. McHenry, telling folks Francis Scott Key could not make out the flag, so he asked the Spanish ambassador.
