As are "Nincompoop", "Gobbin", "Egregious" and "Numpty"

I'm going by their sound, the way they trip off the tongue, and the perplexion on the faces of people on the receiving end of these ludicrous insults.

All convenient alternatives when the word "cUnt" is deemed out of bounds.

I caught that reference easily, because it represents 10% of how far I made it into that book while browsing at Borders.
