Obama Approval PlummetsFollow

Shouldn't the title be "Obama's approval steadily declines"?

That's just hear say. Obviously if Varus says its plummeting he has hard core proof... right? I mean he wouldn't try to throw out one website that says what he wants it to say and disregard the res! He did his research and came to a logical conclusion.

Toot,

Just two weeks ago you people were lauding his 60%+ approval ratings. So yeah I'd say a drop of 15% in aproximately two weeks qualifies as plummeting.

Have you considered that the other sources are the ones projecting their bias??

Yeah, all the other polls are wrong and only Rasmussen reflects the truth. I suppose this makes sense when put through the filter of "If it's not Fox, it's liberal mainstream media!!" conservatism.

Ironically, the latest Fox News poll puts Obama right where the other non-Rasmussen polls have him. Approximately 54% and a +16 approval. Damn Democratic paid Fox News polls and their liberal biases...

Good to hear you admit that Rasmussen (-1 approval) was obviously wrong. Smiley: thumbsup

So you're saying you just don't know how to read polls.

Well, that explains a lot.

Well, if polls didn't matter to you under W, why should they matter now?

Omega,

They don't. That's why I find all this amusing. I'm much more interested in seeing where the birth certificate thing is going.

Hmmm I wonder what caused the depression? Economics class tells us that a recession takes 4 years to be truly felt. When clinton left office he left the economy the strongest it had been in years, in other words he created the housing bubble, and with that bubble paying off the national debt would have been simple. Our next president was a Warhawk, and after a war that at the time was approved by congress, and senate unanimously, and the peoples majority approving it also we find ourselves in a depression. Bush's second term was heralded by a recession, a sure sign that Clinton's economic bubble was unstable and had no legs. By the last year of Bush's 2nd term Clinton's time bomb exploded.

2008 Presidential election started out as a 3 ring circus, the democrats created such a stink putting a democratic woman, Hilary against a democratic black man, Obama. An ingenious tactic to take the country's focus off the real issues at stake. People registered as Democrats just to participate in that circus, bringing disbalance to the conservative right, and bringing the majority of the nation into the democrat fold. After the circus Bill and Hillary fully endorsed Obama and a tidal wave of voters push our first black american president into office.

Now after half a year of bull crap and posturing, Americans are remembering they are americans, not black or white or liberal or conservative. The truth of every reform is being spread whether by Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, or whoever else is preaching on your radio station. Meanwhile the radical left of the Democrats is working hard to silence the radio pulpit attempting to pass laws to outlaw criticism of the government on public radio.

Yes this feels normal, the honeymoon is over, now it's ok to be republican again.

If that four-year rule is generally accurate, the issues at the end of Dubya's second term would be his own fault, as four years earlier was... wait for it...

His first term!

That only works when the president and congress come from the same party.

So the Clinton era Congressional Republicans were to blame for the drops during the Bush term? Interesting. I never thought I'd hear you admit to that.
