I think I forgot the past few weeks...Follow

Jonwin has today and tomorrow off, so he been doing house work and shopping between watching TCM and playing EQ1.

Tomorrow we pick up my grandson for a trip to Gettysburg. Jonwin's dad took t.her family to Gettysburg every year, and so Jonwin got all teary eyed over the fact that he never had a child of his own, to take there.

I'm hoping Ian enjoys the history lesson as much as we will enjoy taking him to see an important part of American history.

Sunday I am invited to a picnic along the shore of the West River with a beautiful view of the Bay. I'm not sure if I'll be going, since I will be unable to enjoy the pool or go kayaking along the river by myself. I had a great time last year, and feel that with my wing clipped and still no idea of what type of cast I may end up in, it's just a bit too depressing to spend the day not able to enjoy myself fully. Jonwin has to, work Sunday and the concert we wanted to go see with a friend, was canceled. I think he would love to go to the picnic also, but like most things I get invited to, he ends up having to work that day.

Shame as we all wanted to go hear The Blind Boys of Alabama Sunday.
