I wonder, would Khorne create a black hole like Slaanesh did, or is that just representative of Slaanesh's hunger? I've never been too clear on that. Maybe you're right and there'd just be a ton of blood, and people would be pushed under the blood, and then the blood would coagulate ultra fast so it'd be like being trapped under ice - only with blood instead of water.
