Just wait till the new MMO, "Republican Online Adventures", comes out. I hear the endgame might suck, though, since it's almost impossible to get 'WMD of the Sand' on Iraq dungeon raids.

roa.allakhazam.com, ftw!

The endgame raid boss was glitched in beta and didn't have anything on him, but this one guild took it down anyways and claimed to find riches...

Noooo, dude, don't you remember that one guy? The guy that came in and totally took over, and demanded we all call him "sir" and, like, declared himself our leader?

I'm sure it's that guy.

Old wossname, you remember.

No, I don't think it's MonxDoT.

If you mean Dracoid, he deliberately got himself perma-banned, because he needed to study at the time, and didn't trust himself with Alla-crack.

The incident ultimately left the site with a new function for the admins to play us with, a new filtered word, and an Epic legend haunting KaolianTheAdmin. Also an incredibly twitchy trigger finger on Kao on one particular issue, which occasionally smacks newbies in the face, poor newbies being used to the general irreverence and sick humour of the site, and thus not realising that they can't joke about pedophilia. Much.

Does it have Dwarfs?

You mean you're going to build some kind of reality altering machine to warp the universe to suit your current political views? That's pretty neat. Still, I think it may prove more difficult than you currently believe.
#34REDACTED, Posted: Jul 23 2009 at 6:06 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I imagine it will be quite easier to shatter your illusions by posting unarguable facts that disprove your opinion. I'll go make some coffee, you warm up the KY and we'll get started in just a minute.

Edit: Actually, there isn't really much for me to address. Go ahead and tell me why and how reality has a liberal bias.

Heh, gave up already.

#37REDACTED, Posted: Jul 23 2009 at 7:04 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Gave up on what, exactly? The opposition in this thread so far is "reality has a liberal bias". What do you propose I respond with? "No it doesn't"? You can't debate an issue when no facts or even substantive opinions have been provided.

I'm not sure what you think anyone's trying to debate with you anyway. "Reality has a liberal bias" certainly was a serious post though. no doubt.

Why don't you join in on one of the discussions going on, or start a new one? New voices to a discussion are usually welcome.

Sure you could've. You could have picked any subject and made your argument for why the republican position was the better solution. Instead of using your freedom, you were paralysed by it, like a kid in front of a thousand flavor ice cream buffet. I suggest you become a fascist.

Here's some material I can work with.

Quote:

Yes, I could have. However, as you made the claim the burden of proving it to be true falls on you.

Quote:

And then there's this. Where did I say I was a republican? I, in fact, did not. Let me explain what's going on here for you. Your political outlook has been circumscribed so narrowly that the differences between republicans and democrats are black and white to you. In reality, on the global political stage they would both be considered center right. There is, in actuality, very little difference between the two parties. If there was any less difference they would be exactly the same.

There is little to no point in discussing any serious issue with you. Your viewpoint falls within socially approved standards and I would be surprised if you were capable of any independent thought. Enjoy your indoctrination.

I'm glad you can admit you were wrong. I'm only bringing it up because you said you were going to then backed out saying it was impossible, which is, as we've established, not true. Why say you were going to in the first place?

I hate to keep bringing this up, but I don't live in America. I am not a citizen of the United States. I am, in fact, living in the United Kingdom, which is governed by the labour party. Our political spectrum is not like yours, as I assume you know.

Let me explain what's going on here for you. You just made an assumption, based on my assumption that you were a republican, that was entirely incorrect. See, it was actually your use of the term "liberal bias outpost", which seemed to me to have been used in a pejorative, partisan way, that made me assume that you identified as a republican. You see, most people with 6 posts or so who come here taling about liberal bias are trolls under, at the least, a facade of republicanism.

Incidentally, while the republican and democratic parties proper are both fairly similar, people who identify as republican and liberal hold very different views. Most posters here (who are vocal on politics) tend to be considerably more left wing than the democratic party itself.

well, I suppose you could have been using a proxy, but you appear to be using just a plain old residential DSL modem out of florida with a semi-static IP.

The whole "guess who I used to be" thing gets old quickly, because by the time they tell us who they were, it always ends up being someone that no one remembers, and then they get all annoyed and stomp off in a huff, never to return.

I'll put my money down on FoS/SoC era poster though for now.
