I had to check my calendar to make sure it was Friday. This week has been brutal. Work crazy, Charmaine filming then auditioning for Wii and Target projects (I really hope she books the Wii but competition is beyond nuts), trying to fit in social life and family life as well.

Tonight: If Ray and I have the energy, we're going to head to an area of downtown San Diego where most of the art galleries and exhibits have an open night where you can peruse the displays and throw back complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Tomorrow: Charmaine's filming for an indie movie. I have no clue why she always books horror movies. She's the leader of a group of zombies trying to kill the last remaining kids. Title of the film: Fifth Grade Zombie Slayer. I kid you not. I'm going to bring work with me so I can get some stuff done while I'm on set with her.

Sunday: Housework, yardwork, laundry. And then repeat. One of our nephews is coming to stay with us for a few weeks and I need to get the house semi-ready.

Yoga tonight.

Saturday I;m playing football, and then attending an all-day drinking session for one of my friends who is moving to New-Zealand, which sucks cos he's a really nice guy.

Sunday I'll be recovering, and possibly trying to catch Fifth Grade Zombie Slayer at my local cinema.

@Nobby - Are you saying you're getting the Grand Prix for Draco? Or is that just your way of saying the two of you are big pricks? Smiley: tongue

Edit for clarity.

Doesn't sex normally come from a box?

Now if only you could make it contain beer as well...

My last day at the job is two weeks from today. Now THIS is a happy Friday.

And then it's a year of cramming for the GRE, applying to grad school, networking, and knocking out pre-requisite classes through Continuing Ed online.

I be doing some of that booze and sex stuff tonight.

I hired this guy to work for me about a year ago and have been meaning to get together with him and his wife for awhile. So we're meeting them for dinner tomorrow night. My husband is all pissy about it. It will be fine - really.

I want to get out on my bike some, and possibly even the beach - though I fear the beaches will all be packed.

just got off the phone with my brother who was told that he is being transferred to Hawaii for at least 4 years starting in October, and may be deployed to Afghanistan in January. We're going to try and get together this weekend so he can see his new nephew and I can booze him up to calm him down from the stress (house to sell in 2 months, leaving girl friend behind, deployment again etc...)

Nothing else going on. Just dealing with a nursing marathon, and hoping that by the amount this little vampire eats, I'll be in a size 6 come August. Smiley: rolleyes

The wife (RN) is is off for the almost never happens in her job - Friday, Saturday, Sunday trifecta. YEAH!!

Most likely that means steam-cleaning two carpets and a lot of other chores which I will attempt to dodge by taking the Mastiff to Petsmart, or getting her intersted in her favorite mmo.

I hope the rest of you ahve fun though...

Finishing Nax tonite with the most awesome PUG ever. No wipes, only a handful of deaths at all, got some cool gear and just an awesome group with a sense of humor. Would have finished last night but midnight was the cut off. We also did OS. My first for that one.

Tommorrow hanging out with some friends, cracking the whip on MrKatie to fix my AC. Grocery shopping, maybe some swimming.

Sunday sleep, wow, sleep, wow.
