Pisses me off big style. One second it's slam-slam-miau-slam-stomp-miau. the next it's "Citizens of Blupomia! Beware the decaffeination" or "Thus do succubi engender passion in the followers and co-believers".

Are you be referencing the Tyler Hayes cat killing spree? A hairy affair for cats all around.
I'm very easily distracted. It is not unknown for me to open wikipedia, start clicking and wind up an hour later with twenty tabs open and a newfound knowledge of braille.

Paving slabs off bridges onto ducks was the thing to do in Shrewsbury, wich as you would know, Nobby, has a lot of river around it, as well as a plethora of bridges and ducks wich, luckily for them, breed in great numbers.
