A coworker of mine emailed me this link to a 5minute video about a journalist who was waterboarded. I had never seen this done to anyone before and I wanted to also share it with folks here.
It was interesting to see his reaction and to hear what he had to say about it afterward.

Just as Planned.
I know it's horrible, but it doesn't look like much. It seems like one of those things you have to experience before you can believe that it's actually unendurable.
I finally thought: "Not another journalist waterboarding vid", but I watched it anyway, because I'm like that. And found that this one had a little bitty more information on the biology of it, which I found interesting.
