I spent the last three hours getting my *** handed to me in Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil. I swear if I could have just found the mp3 rips I wouldn't have to play the stupid thing

I think you'll like Imperishable Night (TH08), Mountain of Faith(TH10), or Subterrainian Animism(TH11). Those three games are alot more forgiving.
That big thing of music you found was likely that massive lossless music torrent. I'll send you the links to the soundtrack and several of the remixes through a PM.
I own most of the spin-off games as well, if you're interested.
