Remember guys trimming the bush makes the tree look taller!

Apparently Gillette thinks that guys need to learn to trim so they've come out with some very informative videos. These are of course NSFW but not something I'd call offensive.

NSFW Link to their youtube channel NSFW

I personally loved the animation but was surprised they had the actual "package" blurred. I give it a 7 out of 10 for funny.

Gillette's less worried about the state of my pubes than they are with selling overpriced razor blades.

That's very cynical of you, Jophiel. Cynicism does not equate to insight, you know. I, for one, believe Gilette has my best interests at heart.

You can make an old rusty scraggly *** razor feel like new again just by shaving under the shower.

You must have nicked your balls so many times, Katie, that you finally decided to look for a "How To" video.

I'm still living in the dark ages using double-blade razors to trim my bikini area. I gave up on more blades than that when the price exceeded $1 per cartridge. It gets the job done.

Tip for the frugal: double-blade disposables from Costco are actually cheaper than the re-usable handle with cartridge.

Ouch. Why not just shave with a cheese grater? It'd be gentler.

You ever let your friends rub a cheese grater(the raspy side) across your arm on a dare? Trust me, using the same Mach 3 cartridge for 5 months has NOTHING on that.

Nope. I'm pretty sure you're the only person who's ever done that, ever.

Talk about cheese graters reminds me of this teacher I had once default of evil behavior in thought experiments was cheese grating his own children. When that got old he moved onto breaking people's arms with cable boxes.

Nice guy.

Even worse on beard stubble than it is on your legs

I usually change out my blades every payday (which is two weeks), and right before payday those blades are getting pretty damn rough. As to the OP, would I trim around the tree stump? I don't think so, and I don't care if it looks as tall as the empire state building when I am done. There are just certain places where a blade should not be and that is one of them.

Don't do it for the perceived size (It's really not important unless you're particularly small). Do it cause it's cleaner. Bloody time consuming to do it right though.

Hmm, I was under the impression that it is relatively common among the younger crowds to do this. I do, personally. Never had any trouble cleaning up while in the shower; only thing I know for sure is NEVER go against the grain. HOLY HELL. Best shave ever down there until the next day, when I had such bad burn that it looked like localized chicken pox.

I'm just a little worried about the graphic showing a freaking 5 bladed razor. I know that's the latest trend and they want to sell their product and all, but you really are better off shaving with fewer blades on more sensitive parts of the body.
