Evidently, thanks to an exciting loophole in one of their promotional programs, they will probably be recieving quite a lot of unfunded liability in the near future. According to the legal analysis, it doesn't constitute fraud either.

Anyone want to guess what the promotional program is?

Just as planned.

This is almost as fun as that time when I tried out Smasharoo's internet poker dealio.

Mostly that people can fleece BoA legally now.

Source: BoA promotional material, and discussions with some of their branch associates. It wouldn't be a very good guessing game If I said which piece.

Bring your teenaged daughter in and a BoA teller will impregnate her.

They forgot that this will put them on the hook for child support payments for the next 18 years.

Really? I would have guessed they forgot to put a warning labels on their give-away toasters. You know the usual 'Do not use while in bathtub' type warnings.

Next time I'm posting from a BoA deposit counter, I'll be sure to remember to play this game.

Catch 22, the pitbulls aren't really free. You have to feed them, newborns of course.

Wondering why you select a user name and post a catchphrase that could easily be linked back to you by anyone who had the slightest suspicion or was already aware of these details. You wanted someone to make the connection, but I'm not certain why.
