Well, I've never actually seen it occur, to be honest. I think it's a myth. An urban legend, if you will, designed to frighten young men into coming home at curfew and staying away from kinkos.

It was the only reason I posted the news article here at all. I didn't figure anyone would actually care about the story itself.

You don't. but you use the word enough that I see how someone could get the idea. 14 threads is about 13 more than I would have guessed. One of those is you quoting someone who is a utilitarian apperently and you quoted withotu attributing the name, so if someone were not paying particular attention or saw it on a search result, it would look like you said it.
